Done-for-you business systems · Ireland & the UK

Get back to your actual job.

We take repetitive work off your hands—from invoices and payment tracking to customer follow-ups and lead generation. We work out what should be automated, build it, and keep it running.

This is a service, not another software subscription.

Fifteen hours a week is nearly two working days. Most owners find those hours in their evenings.

What we take on

Your business, minus the busywork.

Hand us one process or the whole back office. Either way, we run it. You do not get given a login and wished good luck.

Run the back office

Keep the routine work moving

Invoices, payment reminders, reconciliations, document handling and routine reporting—kept current without becoming your Sunday job.

Keep customers moving

Follow up at the right time

Quotes, onboarding, reminders and updates sent when they should be, without relying on somebody remembering.

Find new business

Build a repeatable sales rhythm

Prospect research, lead lists, personalised outreach and a simple process for following up opportunities every week.

Use AI properly

Know what is actually worth changing

We show you where AI and automation will genuinely save time—and where they will not. Then we put the useful parts into practice.

Sometimes the honest answer is that your current setup is fine. We would rather tell you that than sell you something you do not need.

How it works

Three steps. Two of them are ours.

1

You tell us what is eating your week

A short call about the work that keeps slipping into evenings. We tell you plainly whether we can help and what it is likely to cost.

2

We watch how the work gets done

We look at the real process, the people involved and the tools already in use. Nothing changes until we understand it properly.

3

We build it and keep it running

We put the system in, check it regularly and fix it when something changes. If it breaks, it is our problem—not yours.

Client story · Buon Forno

Before

Nearly two days each month spent creating invoices and matching incoming payments.

What Dayjob did

Built a process that creates invoices, sends them and matches payments against the right customer.

Result

The process now runs without the owner having to think about it.

“We were losing the best part of two days a month getting invoices out and matching payments off. Harry built something that does the whole lot on its own. The first month I kept logging in to check it. Now I don't think about it at all.”

Fits around your business

Built around the tools you already use.

Where a simpler solution will work, we will not introduce another platform.

We connect the systems you already rely on, fill the gaps between them and remain responsible for the result.

Who we are

Two people. You deal with both of us.

No account managers and no support desk. The people who understand the problem are the people doing the work.

Before you call

What people usually ask us.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No technical knowledge is needed. We fit the system around the way you already work and remain responsible for keeping it running.

Will this replace someone on my team?

Usually not. Most customers are already short-handed. We take on the repetitive work nobody has enough time to do properly.

What does it cost?

We agree a fixed price before anything starts. The cost depends on the process, how many tools are involved and whether you want us to keep running it afterwards.

Will you make us change all our software?

No. We use the tools you already have wherever they are suitable. A new platform is only recommended when it solves a real problem.

Talk to a person

What job do you never quite get around to?

Tell us what is taking up your evenings. We will tell you whether it can be handled better—and what it would cost.
